The archateliê team worked closely with the design and engineering teams to produce Permits sets for 10 stores. The typical process was to take up the SD set received from the client, which included a basic layout, RCP and Storefront elevations and convert it into a full Permit set. The first project was developed very carefully so as to be used as a template for all the projects to follow. We took additional initiative to ensure the layouts were in compliance with codes such as IBC and ADA and developed the Fire & Life safety and Egress plans as well.
