COHATCH
Overview
COhatch is a coworking, meeting, and lifestyle company with a chain of office locations throughout the American Mid-west and upcoming locations in St. Petersburg and Tampa, Florida. Co-Hatch offers facilities to people to network, conduct meetings and provide private office spaces to start-ups.
COhatch has been working on their new locations in Milford (Ohio), Beachwood (Ohio), St. Petersburg (Florida) and Tampa (Florida) during which the Archateliê team partnered with Cohatch team and assisted them with architectural services.
HIGHLIGHTS
archateliê partnered with globeateliê on the design and documentation of several Cohatch projects. The team created very detailed and smart BIM models that included custom fixtures, detailed finishes, graphics and artwork all integrated into the model. Taking advantage of the detailed Revit models, we used other compatible software to produce walkthroughs and high quality 3D renders more readily making the process very efficient. We also continue to assist in the Construction Administration of ongoing projects by reviewing submittals and responding to RFI’s and design changes.
