With more than two decades in the design industry, Starina oversees a diverse set of business operations including managing new initiatives to deliver company values and goals, professional growth and development of her team and overall client satisfaction. She brings a unique perspective and passion to the company as she leads her efforts to balance the demands of archateliê’s dynamic workflow environment alongside a culture of continuous improvements. As a results-focused professional, she brings demonstrated leadership skills, collaborative spirit and strategic thinking to any task. Starina provides practical advocacy in everyday execution, fosters communication and focuses on efficiency and relationship building to help ensure operational excellence across archateliê global network.

Starina’s education and professional experience in architectural design spans across Asia and N. America. She started her professional career in Mumbai, India, the city she grew up in and this is where archateliê originally incubated in 1997. She has her Masters Degree in Architecture and her work experience includes large scale retail, commercial and residential projects. She leverages her global sensibilities, cultural & technical knowledge to lead her studio and utilizes the time zone to the clients benefit to deliver best in class service.
