As Director of the Mumbai office at Archatelie, Rohit Patra brings leadership, innovation, discipline and a perennial drive for progress to the company. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the renowned National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Trichy, India. Having worked with prominent international brands that have been adapted to successfully thrive in the Indian environment, Rohit brings over two decades of related experience in design and delivery of fully integrated retail projects, as well as a deep understanding of international design standards, workflows, methodologies and expectations of stakeholders and design teams.

He has extensive experience in client/stakeholder management, multidisciplinary team management, managing timelines and budgets, handling complete project delivery, improving efficiency and quality of deliverables by improving workflows, implementing quality management processes, construction documentation, technical detailing, BIM, sustainability and construction management. His previous work profile as Head of Projects at Reliance Brands Ltd., has not only given him hands- on experience with a variety of brands that are multi scalar, but has equipped him with the ability to successfully manage and balance multiple programs simultaneously.

Rohit believes in empowering all team members by giving them maximum responsibilities and independence at the same time, providing solid mentorship and other necessary support to enhance the abilities of each individual team member.

He is an avid nature lover who loves trekking and exploring different landscapes.
