His approach and success has always been achieved thru mobilizing collaborative teams on innovative & customized processes to achieve desired objectives. Besides corporate initiatives, Rajesh and also successful led setung up creative & development design consultancy in Asia Pacific and scale brands like Starbucks,Walmart Future group, Co-op mart in Asia Pacific and beyond.
