Overview
Green Thumb Industries (GTI), a national cannabis cultivator, processor and dispensary operator, is dedicated to providing dignified access to safe and effective cannabis nationwide while giving back to the communities in which they serve. As a vertically integrated company, GTI manufactures and sells a well-rounded suite of branded cannabis products including flower, concentrates, edibles, and topicals. GTI owns and operates a rapidly growing national chain of retail cannabis stores called RISE™. archateliê partnered with GTI appointed architect & engineering team & supported them on their mission to provide GTI w/ architectural services for projects throughout the United States.
HIGHLIGHTS
Our team typically does a design review for adjacencies and code compliance on the client provided SD set and proceeds to complete a 75% Construction Documents set. This interim set is used for coordination with the Structural and MEP teams post which the final 100% documents are produced. We have set up a very efficient process and communication with the client’s architect resulting in minimal review & oversight from the Client.
Our Visualization/ rendering team had also assisted the GTI team in developing their brand identity by creating several versions of redners for the interior spaces and exterior storefront helping them come up with the final design of their first prototype store.
