Raising Cane’s is a fast-food restaurant chain specializing in chicken fingers founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1996. The archateliê team partnered with Raising Cane’s assisting them with schematic design and site layouts for over 130 of their locations throughout the US.
HIGHLIGHTS
Raising Cane’s is expanding, and our team helps them produce initial site layouts for all the new and potential sites. It is a very fast paced workflow where we start with an initial site layout considering various site parameters such as selecting the correct prototype building, meeting drive-thru and parking requirements etc. This is followed by review and comments from the various stakeholders such as their real estate and restaurant teams culminating in a final presentation to their executive management.
