Overview
Murphy USA operates more than 1,400 retail gas stations in 26 U.S. states under their brands, Murphy USA and Murphy Express. The majority of their locations are positioned near Walmart locations and serve approximately 1.6 million customers a day. archateliê has partnered with Murphy’s appointed architect to support the Murphy USA roll-out program and has been providing architectural services for over 200 of the company’s Murphy Express and USA retail outlets located throughout the United States, consistently supporting their business objectives and adding value to the design and documentation process.
HIGHLIGHTS
Taking advantage of the modular nature of this program, our team was able to develop smart BIM templates for the various different prototypes involved. The smart template enables us to roll out renderings, construction documents and permit sets at a very fast pace by modifying minimal settings in BIM. Being able to produce drawings within a very challenging timeframe and handling multiple projects at the same time were the critical requirements of this program and our team came up with innovative solutions to meet this requirement with great success. archateliê has provided architectural services in BIM for 200+ Murphy USA & Express outlets throughout the United states. Our aim is to consistently support their business objectives and add value to the process. Till date we’ve rolled out over 160 projects including tasks such as producing SD packages with renderings straight out of Revit and colored elevations for Authority Approvals, Construction Documents and Permit Sets.
